Shipping Policy We offer same-day and scheduled flower delivery within Paris and selected surrounding areas. Delivery Options • Same-day delivery for orders placed before the daily cut-off time • Scheduled delivery for a specific date and time slot • In-store pickup available upon request Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Refund Policy Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on flowers once they have been delivered or collected. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damaged flowers or a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the arrangement. We will review the issue and, if validated, offer an appropriate solution such as: • A partial or full refund • A replacement arrangement • Store credit Please note: • Natural variations in цвет, форму и размер цветов are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects • Slight substitutions may be made depending on seasonal availability, while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement ⸻ Cancellations Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
